Ok,ok, here is something new from me. It’s for the terraspace-contest.
I worked on it for a very long time with many breaks over some days. But in the end I got some last ideas to finish it.
The main idea was to create a scene with on the one hand a wonderful sunset and on the other hand some stormy parts with lightnings and bigger waves. So in the end it became a picture with some contrast. I was also very important for me to make it colorful and to work with the right colors.
I used some stocks, there are terragen-parts in the bg and in the sky and everything else is done in photoshop.
All in all I’m very happy with the result, although I found some faults in the work ... :7
I try to make it a print, but before I can do that I have to send some mails.

I dont think this image is one of youre quality.. just think you could do better.. but thats just my opinion;)

Gorgeous! I love the colors and the subject.. love the lightning. Perhaps the quality of the entire thing could of been a bit better (as Akajork said) but I don't know, there's something striking and memorable about this one. I really like it.

One of your best, I think. The composition works well, and you have varied colours without anything clashing. Interesting title, my interpretation is that this world is clashing with something peaceful; as if it is stuck in a strong gravity field crafted by those oasis-like planets, a contradiction in such a perfect place of peacefulness, maybe that even relates to our own world; in such a place that we are not being killed by meteors or a dying sun, yet we contradict our circumstances.

Well, here are a few suggestions though: I think a little more contrast would definitely help bring out the depth some more though, and then sharpening the image once will double the aesthetic beauty of this piece.

Very nice overall though. :thumbsup:

also versteh mich nicht falsch. aber ich denk das kannst du besser. denn die atmosphere die von dem sunset hast, geht kein stück auf die wellen, meer, und die vorderen klippen über. es sieht aus ob du alles rausgeschnitten hast und dann eingefügt. und der titel müsste "Contradiction" heißen und nich "contradiccion"

rausgeschnitten, eingefügt, so ähnlich lief das auch :D
bei sonne hab cih sowieos nen großen fehler gemacht, aber naja... der ließ sich nicht mehr so schnell beheben, da mir die datei fehlte und ich das auch erst gemerkt habe als ich schon fertig war :7
ansonsten zum titel, der stimmt schon so wie er ist ;)
ich weiß jetzt nicht ob du contradiction ausm englischen meintest, aber ich hab den titel ausnahmsweise mal spanisch gemacht, deshalb contradicción
dennoch danke für den comment. Von dir gabs ja auch schon längere zeit nichts mehr zu sehen
